Firs of all, this it's not an hotel, it's a serviced aparthotel (Residence). We knew it but someone could be disappointed if thinking to booking an hotel. Positive factors: Each apartment, including studio, have a kitchenette which it's very convenient, each apartment have vacuum which means you shall take care of cleaning it, you will get one set of towels per week, bed sheets change one per week, but if you prefer to let them clean and change towels every days it's available a maid service for 10 Euro per day, very flexible, you can choose what fit for You. We find this solution perfect for our need and style. Sauna and hammam a bit smaller but are working from morning until late evening free of charge, swimming pool small but internal which it's a plus in case of bad weather or cool time. It's located just after the main gate of the naturiste area, position it's not too close to the bitch, normal walking take about 7 minute. To get to centre of naturiste area (shopping area) take 4 minutes by walking, but in return you are in a very quite area, plenty of parking space for free, no noise at any time which it's also a very good factor when you tired and need resting. Any way, the price you pay you can't get better in naturiste area, If we back will sure come back in natureva spa.

Negative factors: Breackfast if requested it's delivered to your room, you have to tell in advance what do you like to get, it's not a buffet. But remeber, most customers do organize them self and prepare theyr hown breakfast, plus just out of naturiste gate you can find a nice "Patisserie" with nice service. There's not safe box in room, you can leave your important thinks to the reception which will be stored on a safe, but it's not much practical, as reception it's not open full time but only morning and afternoon. Placing a safe on each room could be a nice solution. Wifi service it's available for free but it work only on reception area, a little ivestment to make it available on all the structure it would make it a big plus which customer will really appreciate. Spa & massage area it's nice but pricing are a bit too expensive and we believe that was the main reason why most of time no customer in.

The apartment (38 m2 double-room) was spacious, clean and quiet, with a good and comfortable double bed and a large balcony. All the basic amenities and kitchen equipment were provided (except for liquids for dishwashing and cleaning; I suppose they would have been available at the reception but we brought our own). The staff was very friendly indeed, and the limited service hours at the reception were not a problem for us. Nudity was natural in the whole facility.

The apartment was not too cosy because of the hard and echoing surface materials, but on the other hand these materials made it easy to clean. The sauna/ swimming pool/sun terrace department on the 3rd floor was a bit cramped and worn-out, but this didn't bother us because anyway most of the time was spent on the beach. We didn't try the special spa treatments provided on the 2nd floor; they seemed rather pricy. Someone might find the location of the hotel at the northernmost part of the naturist village rather far away from the beach a con, but for us the walks back and forth through the village in our birth suits were enjoyable.

    Smart hotel.

Amazing location, PARTICULARLY GOOD views of the sunset and courteous staff. Location close to the bars, the centre of Village Naturiste and all bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beach and a local supermarket, wineshops, bakery. Also, helpful to us first time visitors to the area.

We liked the sauna and pool area, although the water in the pool was too cold. We liked the facilities in the apartment, but it would have been better if the shower had been enclosed as we had problems fixing the shower head and it kept spraying water everywhere.

It is advertised as a family hotel but there was explicit sexual behaviour by people on an adjacent balcony which I felt was innappropriate. Also, the hotel is adjacent to another residence which played very loud music all day and half the night. I was glad we were at the far end away from it as it was very noisy even from where we were - not conducive to relaxation. Finally, we were on the second floor with a balcony which got full sun for most of the day but there was no roof and no sun shade so it was impossible to sit on the balcony because the temperature was in the 30s and it was too hot. A sunshade would have made all the difference.

The first room we stayed in was not comfortable with the option of bunkbeds or plastic sofabed. We did upgrade. But felt this was not the standard we expected for the price of the room. The upgraded room had broken extractor on the floor of the wc. Other than this it was in a quiet location and the public areas very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing really?!! The dishwashing machine maybe? Yah, that one was quite ok...

Its advertised as a Spa Hotel - well, the Sauna didnt work for 8 days straight, the flooring in the pool area is rather dangerous and should better be closed by French authorities before somebody gets seriously hurt. Same for the pool where we obviously caught some nasty infection - the water is milky (dont get your eyes and intimate parts touch the water!!!). The steam bath was only available few hours per day (whats the point then?) and comes with a nasty smell. The noise from the entry road to the community is unbearable. Our room upon arrival very very dirty (even though clients are asked to pay 50 EUR for a final cleanup or DIY). Our sink (both handwash and shower) were clogged and after a few times asking we got some industrial, chemical solution - very healthy stuff indeed. Paying 200 EUR or more per night we could expect at least Wifi connection in the room. Well, it was free around the receiption but with very poor speed. By the way, people would really pay for it if you have nice Internet facilities in the rooms!!

nice hotel very comfy rooms and large (if you are not in a studio) and very clean nice friendly and helpful staff good location to avoid nightclub noise.

just about 4 star 3 star probably a more honest assessment odd equipment with kitchenette if 4 star why no business/bbc world channels on TV leisure facilities need work..some decking around pool broken (health & safety risk) too few sunbeds, steam room sometimes not switched on, 4 star hotel and prices should give access to hot tub for paid guests (extra 12 Euro)
